We’ve discovered that kids in tier 3 towns have significant abilities and may be more gifted than those in tier 1 and 2 cities when it comes to Non-Traditional classroom activities. However, they are unable to develop their talent due to the absence of proficient coaches, establishments such as Education 360° and technological infrastructure.
